Consultation

Our initial interaction with clients involves a consultation, which can be conducted via phone, email, or in person at our offices. During this consultation, we will carefully evaluate your product specifications, offer insight into the array of materials and colours available, as well as discuss customisable options such as zips, windows, and any other variables that may align with your specific requirements.

Measuring

Our company boasts more than four decades of experience in measuring by means
of the traditional approach of creating templates utilising patterning materials.
However, we have significantly enhanced our accuracy and precision by investing in
state-of-the-art 3D measuring technology. Depending on the project requirements, we
can generate a precise and accurate pattern utilising either of these methods.

Design

We tailor our project design approach based on the chosen measuring technique. This involves employing 3D CAD software or hand-designing by one of our artists. Regardless of the approach, we take great care to ensure the final result is aesthetically pleasing and aligns with your preferences.

Cutting

All our projects undergo precise cutting to match their measuring pattern, utilising the advanced Orion CNC Cutting Machine

Sewing

All our highly skilled seamstresses are qualified professionals who use industrial sewing machines to ensure neat and accurate stitching for your product.

Fitting

Our team of extensively trained fitters will perform the installation and fitting of all projects. Upon completion, they will provide a thorough demonstration of any features included with your project. At AJ Canopies, quality is paramount. Each cratch cover we create is a result of meticulous attention to detail and use of high-quality materials. We reinforce all wear points to prevent wear-through, thereby enhancing the durability of your cover. In addition, outer edges are bound where necessary to prevent tearing, further improving the cover’s durability and aesthetic appeal. Our strict crafting procedures signify our commitment to delivering a product that exceeds your expectations.
