Each of our projects is customized to meet the specific needs of our clients, therefore delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project. During the consultation, we will provide you with a clear estimate of the delivery time once we have gathered all the necessary details related to your project.

Our operations are mainly within a 40-mile radius. However, if your project is beyond this distance, please note that we charge a travel fee to cover the additional expenses associated with transportation.

Although we don’t necessarily require an in-person viewing of your boat to provide a quotation, we highly recommend sharing pictures of the boat as they are extremely valuable in enabling us to provide an accurate quotation. With detailed pictures, we can ensure that all necessary factors are taken into account, resulting in an accurate and comprehensive quotation.

We are unable to manufacture a cover without obtaining the boat’s required measurements first. This is due to the fact that canvas material has a tendency to shrink and degrade over time, and we cannot guarantee a precise fit by replicating an old cover.

We provide a selection of four high-quality materials for our covers, which include PVC, Acrylic, Mohair, and Weatherwax. During your consultation, our team will provide you with in-depth information on each material, helping you to make an informed decision on which material is best suited to your needs.

Certainly, we can accommodate your request to fit your canopy to its existing fittings, provided that you inform us of this during the consultation process. This will enable us to ensure that the appropriate fittings are used and that the canopy is installed properly to meet your needs and requirements.

We maintain a stock of cleaning and maintenance products recommended by the material manufacturers, which can be conveniently purchased from us.
